Price Promise
We are so confident that we offer our customers the best possible price, service and Free delivery in the UK for their rug orders we are happy to refund the difference if you can find the same rug sold online elsewhere for less.
You just need to send us a link to the rug on the competitor’s page and then we will refund the difference on the same payment card or Paypal account you paid with for your order. You just need to check the below to make sure your request qualifies and then email sales@emmahome.co.uk within 7 days of your order being placed:
The item must be "like for like" which means that it is brand new, the same colour, contains the same quantity and has an identical manufacturer reference number.
•The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK. (overseas orders and non UK websites are excluded from our price promise)
•Due to their nature, all auction websites like eBay and all marketplaces like Amazon are excluded. These are examples of and not an exhaustive list.
•The item must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility, the ability to take payment, be in stock, available for delivery and not be on Sale or on Promotion.
•We can only accept one price match request per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
•The Claim is emailed to Emmahome by midnight on the 7th day since the order was placed.
•This Promise is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
•If we believe that by matching a price it would result in a loss being made, then the match will be refused.
