All our rugs are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to UK mainland addresses from our London Base.

• Dispatch time will be made between 8:30am and 12:30pm on weekdays.
• Free Next Day Service will clearly be shown on each specific rug size.

Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DX Freigh (next working day shipping service) with tracking and drop-off with signature. Also, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fee is free and boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package (in 15 days). Buyer pays return postage if there is no damage or error in the products.
